AN7415 FM Stereo Demodulator

A Simple Stereo Amplifier with Voltage Regulators

A simple stereo audio amplifier is built around two 7905 negative-voltage regulators (IC1 and IC2) and a few discrete components. The circuit will also work with other 79XX regulators if appropriate power supply is used. Regulator IC 7905 works as an amplifier for the voltages applied to common pin2 (Ground or GND). Also check the LM317 audio amplifier, another interesting circuit. The minimal voltage drop over the standard 7905 is around 2V and it depends on the output current. Feedback resistors in the IC set the gain of the channel internally. The amplifier is a class-A audio amplifier. The minimal applicable value of R3 for the regulator 7905 is 8.2 to 10 ohms per 5W. 3 Watt Stereo Amplifier Circuit Diagram

This is simple project of  3 Watt Stereo Amplifier Circuit Diagram . This circuit using MAX 7910 IC. The MAX9710 a stereo audio power amplifier IC capable of delivering 3Watts of out put to 4 Ohm loads. MAX9710 can be operated from a single 4.5V to 5.5V power supply , makes it ideal for hand held applications.The IC for  3 Watt stereo amplifier circuit  also features thermal overload protection.  3 Watt Stereo Amplifier Circuit Diagram This 3 Watt stereo amplifier circuit is suitable for small power audio devices such as radio sets and portable CD players. 5 V DC power supply is used for powering the 3 Watt stereo amplifier circuit. 6V battery with an IN 4007 diode series to the positive terminal of it can also be used instead of 5 V DC supply. The 3 Watt stereo amplifier circuit will get a supply voltage approximately 5 V after 0.7 V voltage drop across diode.

120W Stereo Amplifier using STK4241V

Here is a circuit 120 watt stereo amplifier using STK4241V . The MAX9710 a stereo audio power amplifier capable of delivering 2 x 120 W of the IC to put loads of 8 ohms. MAX9710 can be operated from ± 32V single power supply of ± 54V. This amplifier circuit is ideal for audio devices for home supply. STK4241V amplifier specifications might lead one to believe that you can use supply voltages of ± 78V. With zero input signal (and therefore no way out) I could, but I would not recommend anything better than ± 45V 8-ohm loads, if expected, although ± 54V will be fine if you can provide a good heat sink.

Stereo Power Amplifier Using IC 7905

79xx is a widely known series of low-cost, fixed-negative-voltage regulators. These integrated circuits are available with output current of 100-150 mA (L series), 0.4-0.5A (M series), up to 1A (standard series), etc. They can be used in many applications other than regulators, audio power amplifier being one of them.  As shown in the circuit diagram, a simple stereo audio amplifier is built around two 7905 negative-voltage regulators (IC1 and IC2) and a few discrete components. The 7905 IC (a -5V regulator) used here is readily available. However, the circuit will also work with other 79XX regulators if appropriate power supply is used. LM4910 Stereo Headphone Amplifier

LM4910 belonging to the Boomer series of National Semiconductors is an integrated stereo amplifier primarily intended for stereo headphone applications. The IC can be operated from 3.3V ans its can deliver 0.35mW output power into a 32 ohm load. The LM4910 has very low distortion ( less than 1%) and the shutdown current is less than 1uA. This low shut down current makes it suitable for battery operated applications. The IC is so designed that there is no need of the output coupling capacitors, half supply by-pass capacitors and bootstrap capacitors. Simple Stereo VU Meter

This project will indicate the volume level of the audio going to your speakers by lighting up LEDS. The LEDS can be any color so mix them up and really make it look good. The input of the circuit is connected to the speaker output of your audio amplifier. You want to build two identical units to indicate both right and left channels. The input signal level is adjusted by the 10k ohm VR. If you wish to make a very large scale model of this unit and hang it on your wall there is an optional output transistor that can drive many LEDS at once. Car Amplifier Circuit 2 x 30 W stereo

200W Stereo High Power Amplifier LM3886

This audio amplifier designed uses two LM3886 per channel, in parallel circuit, based on the PA100 parallel amplifier detailed in National Semiconductor's application note - AN1192. This amplifier can deliver about 50W into a 8-ohm speaker and 100W into a 4-ohm speaker. This is a stereo amplifier and therefore 4 LM3886s are used. The LM3886 circuit is in a non-inverted configuration, so the input impedance is determined by the input resistor R1, i.e. 47k. The 680 ohm and 470pF resistor capacitor filter network is used to filter out the high frequency noise at the RCA input. The 220pF C4 and C8 capacitors are used to shot out the high frequency noise at the LM3886 input pins. Low Cost 2x20 Watt Stereo Amplifier by TDA2005

This circuit is a small stereo amplifier for all suitable applications like amplifying small speakers, boxing, etc. It is also suitable for car use but before, the power supply must be choked with at least 150mH and it must give up to approximately 6 to 7 amps during the upstream performance. Appropriate heatsink for the amplifier is SK08 with a height of 50 mm (approx. 2.5 K per watt). You should drill the cooler after soldering the board to center it properly. The TDA2005 also needs not be isolated from the heat sink, since the metal mounting part of the IC is grounded. You should use thermal paste to improve the heat dissipation.
