AOC AL512 – AOC AL513 – 15 Inch TFT LCD monitor – Circuit diagram

DC-DC CONVERTER This block provides adjustable output voltages of 9.2V, -6V, 18V and 3 to 4V for the panel. It consists of a Q114 transistor and power switch IC I108 (AIC 1526-1). When DC_ EN signal is high, then Q114 is activated and send one signal to activate I108. At this time I108 will send 200KHz 12V PWM to Q106, Which is connected with L111, Q106, D203 and C308, to boost 5V to 9.2V. And I108 offers the adjustable voltage of 3V to 4V. By sending out pulses from pin 2 and pin 16 of I108 to double voltage circuit consisting of C301, D201, D202 and C303, leaner regulator with Q105, would output –6V, 18V output id created, according to the rule of –6V creation. Inverter In order to drive the CCFLs embedded in the panel module; there is a ROYER inverter to convert to convert the input 12V up to hundreds of AC voltage output.  The inverter is formed by symmetric, in order to drive the separate lamp modules. The input stage consists of a PWM controller, buck choke, and switching MOS...

15 V output regulated power supply circuit with uA723 and 2N3055

The supply receive from 220 /120/110 Volt AC , then lowered by the transformer . Then receives +20 Volts DC from rectifier / filter section. This applied to pin 11 and 12 of the IC uA723/LM723 , as well as to the collector of the 2N3055 series pass transistor. The output through R1 and R2, providing about 7 V with respect to ground at pin 4. The reference terminal at pin 6 is tied directly to pin 5 , the non inverting input of the error amplifier . For fine trimming the output voltage , a potentiometer can be installed between R1 and R2. A 100-pF capacitor from pin 13 to pin 4 furnishes gain compensation for the amplifier. Base drive to the 2N3055 pass transistor is furnishes by pin of the uA723. Since desired output of the supply is 1 Ampere, maximum current limit is set to 1,5 Ampere by resistor Rsc whose value is 0,422 Ohm. A 100uF electrolytic capacitor is used for ripple voltage reduction at the output. A 1 kOhm output resistor provides stability for the power supply under no - lo...

4 X 15 Watt Mini Power Amplifier

A lot of electronic circuits in the domain of audio amplifiers are already been published here. This circuit is a little different because it is a four channel amplifier. Each channel of this amplifier can deliver an output of 15Watts into a 4 ohm speaker. The amplifier can be operated from a single 12V DC supply and this makes it possible to use this amplifier in car audio applications too. Circuit diagram : 4 X 15 Watt Mini Power Amplifier The circuit is based on the 15W BTL X 2 channel audio power amplifier IC TA8215 from Toshiba. Even though chip is specifically designed for car audio applications it can be also used for home audio applications. Two TA8215 ICs are used here in order to obtain a 4 channel amplifier system. The circuit is designed almost exactly as per the application diagram in the ICs datasheet. Pins 7 and 19 are the Vcc pins of the ICs internal integrated power amplifier stages and these pins are connected to the positive supply. Pin 9 is the Vcc pin for ICs ...
