Automatic Night Lamp with Morning Alarm Circuit Diagram

This circuit automatically turns on a night lamp when bedroom light is switched off. The lamp remains ‘on’ until the light sensor senses daylight in the morning. A super-bright white LED is used as the night lamp. It gives bright and cool light in the room. When the sensor detects the daylight in the morning, a melodious morning alarm sounds. The circuit is powered from a standard 0-9V transformer. Diodes D1 through D4 rectify the AC voltage and the resulting DC voltage is smoothed by C1. Regulator IC 7806 gives regulated 6V DC to the circuit. A battery backup is provided to power the circuit when mains fails. When mains supply is available, the 9V rechargeable battery charges via diode D5 and resistor R1 with a reasonably constant current. In the event of mains failure, the battery automatically takes up the load without any delay. Diode D5 prevents the battery from discharging backwards following the mains failure and diode D6 provides current path from the battery.  Automatic Ni...

LG RZ23LZ55 LCD TV Schematic Circuit Diagram

Video control and display data:  Video signal is received from TUNER, AV port(AV1,AV2,S-Video,Component) and goes to the one-chip video decoder (VCTI) which separate the R,G,B signal and passes on the signal to AD converter(AD9883) which converts 4:4:4 video format into digital and gives output to the Picture Enhancer(FLI2300).This picture enhancer improves the quality of the picture by changing the level of RGB signals. The output of this enhancer chip is fed to the deinterlacer ,which in turn goes to the Scalar (GM5221).The scalar gives the output on the LVDS cable which is connected to LCD module.  VCTi acts a micom and is responsible for video processing and audio signal processing. It accepts the RF signal and separates sound and picture from it.  Scaler is responsible for regulating the timing of signal to LCD panel and size and location of the signal. Graphic control accepts the PC(Analog RGB) and DVI-D (Digital ) signal, Scalar is responsible for regulating the ti...

Simple Park Assist Circuit Diagram

Build a Park Assist Circuit Diagram . This is a Simple Park Assist Circuit Diagram. This Park Assist circuit was designed as an aid in parking the car near the garage wall when backing up. LED D7 illuminates when bumper-wall distance is about 20 cm., D7+D6 illuminate at about 10 cm. and D7+D6+D5 at about 6 cm. In this manner you are alerted when approaching too close to the wall. All distances mentioned before can vary, depending on infra-red transmitting and receiving LEDs used and are mostly affected by the color of the reflecting surface. Black surfaces lower greatly the device sensitivity. Obviously, you can use this circuit in other applications like liquids level detection, proximity devices etc.  Simple Park Assist Circuit Diagram

300m FM Transmitter Circuit Diagram

This FM transmitter circuit is very simple and it has a acceptable transmission . The signal transited from this FM transmitter circuit can be received at almost 300 meters in open air .The circuit require a 3volts operating voltage and can be tuned anywhere in the FM band. The coil should be about 3mm in diameter and 5 turns. The wire is tinned copper wire, 0.61 mm in diameter. After the coil in soldered into place spread the coils apart about 0.5 to 1mm so that they are not touching. If you don’t have a trim cap you can use a fixed value capacitor and you can vary the TX frequency by adjusting the spacing of the coils or placing a small piece of ferrite inside the coil , but the better way to change the transmission frequency is to use a variable capacitor .Connect a half or quarter wavelength antenna (length of wire) to the aerial point. At an FM frequency of 100 MHz these lengths are 150 cm and 75 cm respectively.

Simple Whistle Responder Schematic Circuit Diagram

Some 20 years ago it was common to see small key-holders emitting an intermittent beep for a couple of seconds after its owner whistled. These devices contained a special purpose IC and therefore were not suited to home construction. The present circuit is designed around a general purpose hex-inverter CMos IC and, using miniature components and button clock-type batteries can be enclosed in a matchbox. It is primarily a gadget, but everyone will be able to find suitable applications. Circuit operation: This device beeps intermittently for about two seconds when a person in a range of around 10 meters emits a whistle. The first two inverters contained in IC1 are used as audio amplifiers. IC1A amplifies consistently the signal picked-up by the small electret-microphone and IC1B acts as a band-pass filter, its frequency being centered at about 1.8KHz. The filter is required in order to select a specific frequency, the whistle's one, stopping other frequencies that would cause undesir...

The Gentle Touch Circuit Diagram

This is a project of Gentle Touch Circuit Diagram . Consumer appliances these days hardly ever have a proper mains switch. Instead, appliances are turned on and off at the touch of a button on the remote control, just like any other function. This circuit shows how a device (as long as it does not draw too high a current) can be switched on and off using a push button. The approach requires that a micro controller is already available in the circuit, and a spare input port pin and a spare output port pin are required, along with a little software. When power is applied T1 initially remains turned off. When the button is pressed the gate of T1 is taken to ground and the p-channel power MOSFET conducts. The micro controller circuit is now supplied with power. Within a short period the micro controller must take output PB1 high. This turns on n-channel MOSFET T1 which in turn keeps T1 turned on after the push-button is released. Now the micro controller must poll the state of the push-but...

Simple Mains Voltage Monitor Circuit Diagram

This is a project of Simple Mains Voltage Monitor Circuit Diagram. Many electronics hobbyists will have experienced the following: you try to finish a project late at night, and the mains supply fails. Whether that is caused by the electricity board or your carelessness isn’t really important. In any case, at such times you may find yourself without a torch or with flat batteries. There is no need to panic, as this circuit provides an emergency light. When the mains fails, the mains voltage monitor turns on five super bright LEDs, which are fed from a 9 V battery (NiCd or NiMH) or 7 AA cells. A buzzer has also been included, which should wake you from your sleep when the mains fails. You obviously wouldn’t want to oversleep because your clock radio had reset, would you? When the mains voltage is present, the battery is charged via relay Re1, diode D8 and resistor R10. D8 prevents the battery voltage from powering the relay, and makes sure that the relay switches off when the mains vol...

RESISTOR TO REDUCE L200 POWER DISSIPATION ELECTRONIC DIAGRAM

RESISTOR TO REDUCE L200 POWER DISSIPATION ELECTRONIC DIAGRAM Instead of in series with the input, the resistor R can be connected between pins 1 and 2 of the IC if the load is constant. You can see this in the right figure. This will make some part of the load current flows through the resistor and the other part through the device.

Simple 500 Watt Inverter Circuit Diagram

This is a Simple 500 Watt Inverter Circuit Diagram . Power inverter is a very useful device which can convert Low voltage from a DC source to high voltage AC. The most common power inverter is 12V to 240V inverter. Perhaps that is because 12V batteries are common. This type of power inverter usually draws current from a DC battery. This battery should be able to provide a high flow of electric current. Normally lead acid batteries can server this purpose well. This current is then converted to 240V square wave alternative current so that we may empower those electric appliances which work on 240V instead of 12V. Inverter falls in the category of expensive devices so many people don’t buy them even they need them. What if I tell you how to build an inverter yourself? Simple 500 Watt Inverter Circuit Diagram I remember when I build my first inverter, I was very happy and I invited a lot of friends to see my homemade inverter. I am sure you will feel the same. Before you start building th...

USB Powered PIC Programmer Circuit Diagram

This simple circuit can be used to program the PIC16F84 and similar "flash memory" type parts. It uses a cheap 555 timer IC to generate the programming voltage from a +5V rail, allowing the circuit to be powered from a computer’s USB port. The 555 timer (IC1) is configured as a free-running oscillator, with a frequency of about 6.5kHz. The output of the timer drives four 100nF capacitors and 1N4148 diodes wir-ed in a Cockroft-Walton voltage multiplier configuration. USB-Powered PIC Programmer Circuit diagram: USB-Powered PIC Programmer Circuit Diagram The output of the multiplier is switched through to the MCLR/Vpp pin of the PIC during programming via a 4N28 optocoupler. Diodes ZD1 and D5 between the MCLR/Vpp pin and ground clamp the output of the multiplier to about 13.6V, ensuring that the maximum input voltage (Vihh) of the PIC is not exceeded. A 100kΩ resistor pulls the pin down to a valid logic low level (Vil) when the optocoupler is not conducting. The circuit is compa...
