Build a Cuckoo Sound Generator Circuit Schematic

This circuit generates a two-tone effect very much alike the cuckoo song. It can be used for door-bells or other purposes thanks to a built-in audio amplifier and loudspeaker. Used as a sound effect generator it can be connected to external amplifiers, tape recorders etc. In this case, the built-in audio amplifier and loudspeaker may be omitted and the output taken across C8 and ground. There are two options: free running, when SW1 is left open, and one-shot, when SW1 is closed. In this case a two-tone cuckoo song will be generated at each P1 pressing. A Simple Stereo Amplifier with Voltage Regulators

A simple stereo audio amplifier is built around two 7905 negative-voltage regulators (IC1 and IC2) and a few discrete components. The circuit will also work with other 79XX regulators if appropriate power supply is used. Regulator IC 7905 works as an amplifier for the voltages applied to common pin2 (Ground or GND). Also check the LM317 audio amplifier, another interesting circuit. The minimal voltage drop over the standard 7905 is around 2V and it depends on the output current. Feedback resistors in the IC set the gain of the channel internally. The amplifier is a class-A audio amplifier. The minimal applicable value of R3 for the regulator 7905 is 8.2 to 10 ohms per 5W. Momentary Action with a Wireless Switch

Many different types of wireless switch modules with a relay for switching AC power loads are commercially available. However, some applications require a short On or Off pulse, such as is provided by a momentary-action (pushbutton) switch. Here we describe a solution that simulates a pushbutton switch with a standard wireless switch. A supplementary circuit converts the switch module into a remotely controllable momentary action switch. In the supplementary circuit, S1 is the switching contact of the relay in the wireless switch module. This contact energises a 24-V power supply connected directly to the AC power outlet, consisting of a bridge rectifier (D1–D4) with a series resistor (R1), a series capacitor (C1), and a charging capacitor (C2). The base is almost correct, dimension- and look-wise, so I'm going to keep it and make a new top.
